In this document, "SpotBet", "we", and "our" refer to the SpotBet platform and its operating entity. "Member", "user", or "you" refers to any individual registered on SpotBet.

To open an account with SpotBet, the following conditions must be met:

Password Security

Keep your account password strictly confidential. Never share it with anyone — including the SpotBet support team. SpotBet support will never ask for your password. If your password is compromised, change it immediately and notify support.

SpotBet takes age verification extremely seriously. We may verify your identity at any time after registration. The following documents may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer):

• Selfie (holding your ID)

Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. It is recommended to complete KYC before making your first withdrawal. The KYC process is typically completed within 1–2 business days.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account type and verification level. Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly.

Deposit Restrictions

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from accounts registered under a third party's name are strictly prohibited.
• Depositing funds from suspicious sources may result in your account being subject to investigation.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

For KYC-verified members, withdrawals are processed in an average of 7–15 minutes. Large withdrawals (over ৳50,000) may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours.

• Your daily maximum withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• SpotBet reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for valid reasons.

SpotBet's bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wagering of 15x the bonus amount must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion can only be claimed once (unless otherwise stated).
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses across multiple accounts from the same IP address or device may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• SpotBet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The maximum bet per round using bonus funds is ৳500.

All betting and gaming on SpotBet is governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, SpotBet reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets.
• If the connection drops during live betting, the bet stands as it was at the time of disconnection.
• If a match is cancelled, all related bets will be refunded.
• In any dispute over results, SpotBet's decision is final.

Slots and other games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is regularly audited by independent third parties.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SpotBet:

• Taking advantage through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Hacking or any other form of cyberattack on SpotBet's systems.
• Registering under a false identity.

SpotBet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or incorrect information is provided.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• Third-party claims or legal orders.
• Member's own request.

Members may request account closure at any time. In such cases, verified funds will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, funds will not be refunded.

• Loss due to internet disconnection.
• Failure of a third-party payment gateway.
• Any loss incurred due to technical issues on your device during a game or bet.
• Loss due to unauthorized access if you fail to follow our security guidelines.

SpotBet's total liability shall not exceed the amount held in your account under any circumstances.

SpotBet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via your registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes, you will be notified at least 7 days before they take effect.

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first. Most issues are typically resolved within 24–48 hours.

If a resolution cannot be reached through support, you may file a formal complaint. SpotBet will respond in writing within 7 business days of receiving the complaint.

• SpotBet's decision is final in any dispute regarding bet outcomes.
• In payment-related disputes, records from both parties will be reviewed.
• In the event of a technical error, a decision will be made after reviewing the log files.
